括约肌间瘘管结扎术治疗复杂性肛瘘

Ligation of sphincter fistula between the treatment of complex anal fistula

目的探讨括约肌闻瘘管结扎术治疗复杂性肛瘘的临床效果。方法选取我院在2013年3月至2016年3月期间内收治的94例复杂性肛瘘患者,将患者按照治疗方法的不同分为观察组和对照组,对比两组治疗的临床效果。结果经过治疗,采用括约肌间瘘管结扎术进行治疗的观察组患者取得了更好的治疗效果,与对照组相比差异明显P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论采用括约肌间瘘管结扎术对复杂性肛瘘患者进行治疗,效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective to study the sphincter fistula between ligation for treatment of complex anal fistula.Methods our hospital from June2013-June 2016 admitted during the period of 94 cases of complex anal fistula patients,according to the treatment of patients with different can be divided into observation group and control group,compared the clinical effect of two groups of treatment Results after treatment,the use of sphincter fistula between ligation for treatment of observation group patients achieved better treatment effect,and the clear difference compared with the control group(P < 0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusions the sphincter fistula between ligation for treatment in patients with complexity anal fistula,obvious effect,worth clinical promotion.
