直肠癌(Miles)腹膜外隧道式乙状结肠单腔造口围手术期护理体会

Perioperative nursing care of rectal cancer(Miles) with extraperitoneal tunnel type sigmoid colostomy

目的总结直肠癌(Miles)腹膜外隧道式乙状结肠单腔造口手术患者围手术期的护理办法;方法将72例直肠癌患者随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组实施常规护理,实验组在对照组基础上实施围手术期护理;结果实验组患者胃肠恢复时间(1.92±0.63)d、进食时间(2.23±0.81)d、下床时间(2.47±1.01)d、住院时间(7.32±1.36)d均短于对照组(2.96±1.13)d、(4.12±1.23)d、(3.98±1.52)d、(9.85±2.73)d,且实验组并发症发生率16.7%低于对照组30.6%,且P<0.05;结论对直肠癌(Miles)腹膜外隧道式乙状结肠单腔造口实施围手术期护理干预,能降低患者并发症发生率,改善患者预后。
