10例内镜下切除结直肠大息肉的护理配合

Nursing cooperation of 10 cases of colorectal polyps under endoscopy

目的讨论综合护理配合内镜下切除结直肠大息肉的护理效果,分析其临床应用价值。方法目标性选取2016年4月至2016年10月期间我院接受的10例拟行内镜下切除结直肠大息肉手术患者作为观察组,另选10例患者作为对照组;平均年龄在(49.8±2.65)岁,所有患者均接受内镜下鲒直肠大息肉切除手术,给予对照组患者常规护理,观察组患者综合护理干预;比较评价护理的有效程度和患者满意程度,观察两组患者不良反应的发生情况,以护理有效率、患者满意率和不良反应发生率作为观察指标。结果观察组总结果优于对照组,观察组和对照组患者护理有效率、患者满意率和不良反应发生率分别为90.0%vs60.0%,90.0%vs70.0%,20.0%vs40.0%;两组数据统计学比较有意义。结论综合护理干预效果显著,对于提高护理满意率,减少不良反应的发生及帮助患者尽快恢复正常的工作和生活质量具有重要的积极意义;具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective to discuss the comprehensive nursing care with endoscopic resection of large colorectal polyps care effect,the analysis of the clinical application value.Methods targeted selection during April 2016 to October 2016 10 cases accepted by our proposed large colorectal polyp endoscopic resection surgery patients as observation group,choose 10 patients as control group.Average age at(49.8+2.65),all patients were underwent resection of large colorectal polyps under endoscopic surgery,giving the control group patients with routine nursing care,observation group of patients with comprehensive nursing intervention;Effective the comparative evaluation of nursing and patients satisfaction degree,the occurrence of adverse reactions observed two groups of patients,efficient,patient satisfaction with care and incidence of adverse reactions as observation index.Results observation group total results better than the control group and observation group and control group efficient patient care,patient satisfaction and the incidence of adverse reactions was 90.0%vs60.0%,90.0%vs70.0%,20.0%vs40.0%;Two groups of data statistics is meaningful.Conclusions comprehensive nursing intervention effect is remarkable,to enhance nursing satisfaction,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and help patients return to normal work as soon as possible and the quality of life has an important positive significance;Has high clinical value.
