摘要
目的探究胃肠外科老年患者行护理干预对其空肠输注肠内营养及胃肠功能的影响。方法选取本院2014年12月至2015年12月收治的胃肠外科90例老年患者资料进行回顾性分析,根据护理时所用不同护理方案分成两组,将行常规护理38例患者设为对照组,将在对照组护理基础上行护理干预52例患者设为观察组,对两组营养指标、胃肠功能及并发症情况进行对比。结果观察组营养指标水平均比对照组优,肛门排便、排气时间与肠内营养时间均比对照组短(P<0.05);观察组总并发症率比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论胃肠外科老年患者行护理干预能够提高机体肠内营养与胃肠功能,并减少并发症发生。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the jejunum infusion with enteral nutrition and gastroenteric function of elderly patients in gastrointestinal surgery.Methods The clinical data of 90 elderly patients admitted to the gastrointestinal surgery in our hospital between December 2014 and December 2015 were reviewed and were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods given.The 38 cases given routine nursing were set as the control group,whereas the other 52 cases treated with both routine nursing and nursing intervention were taken as the observation group.The nutrition indicators,gastrointestinal function and complications in the two groups were compared.Results The levels of nutrition indicators in the observation group were shown to be better than those in the control group,and the time consumed for anus defecation and exhaust time and enteral nutrition time were all registered to be shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of complications in the observation group was shown to be lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions For elderly patients in the gastrointestinal surgery,nursing intervention can improve the body enteral nutrition and gastrointestinal function,and reduce the incidence of complications.
