粪便细菌学检验的新方法——肠道菌谱分析

目的谈论关于粪便细菌学的检验方法(肠道菌谱分析)。方法选取我院腹泻病人100例,取实验参与者的粪便制成粪便标本,对标本实行革兰氏染色法,通过显微镜观察粪便中细菌的情况,制成菌谱。结果对照组健康志愿者的粪便结果细菌种类多样,平衡稳定。实验组的腹泻病人的粪便检验结果与病人腹泻的不同原因具有一致性。结论粪便细菌学的检验方法(肠道菌谱分析)可以有效的得出病人出现腹泻的原因,具有重要的临床价值。

Objective talk about the waste of bacteriology inspection method(intestinal bacteria spectrum analysis).Methods our hospital100 cases of diarrhea patients,take participants made stool specimens of excrement and urine,implements gram staining method for specimen,through a microscope faeces bacteria,bacteria spectrum.Results the control group of healthy volunteers feces results bacterial species diversity,balance and stability.Experimental diarrhea patient's feces test results with different cause of diarrhea patients with consistency.Conclusions the feces of bacteriology inspection method(intestinal bacteria spectrum analysis) can effectively it is concluded that the cause of the patients suffered diarrhoea,has important clinical value.
