手术室护理路径在腹腔镜手术护理中的应用效果评价

Application of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgical Nursing in perioperative Period of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的探究腹腔镜手术护理中运用手术室护理路径的临床成效。方法选取我院2015年10月至2016年6月进行腹腔镜手术的患者312例,按照分组法分为观察组和对照组,每一组各156人。给予对照组常规基础护理,在此基础上,观察组运用手术室护理路径。对两组患者护理满意度及不良反应发生率进行对比。结果观察组患者护理满意度为100%,对照组为80%,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为15%,对照组为38%,观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论腹腔镜手术护理中运用手术室护理路径的临床成效显著,能有效提高护理满意度,降低不良反应发生率,应在临床大力推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of operation room nursing pathway in the nursing of laparoscopic operation.Methods 156 cases of laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from June to October 2015 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the grouping method,each group of 156 patients were divided into groups.The control group was given routine basic care,on this basis,the observation group using the operation room nursing path.Nursing satisfaction and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results the patients in the observation group satisfaction was 100%,80%in the control group,the observation group was significantly better than the control group(F<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions was 15%,38%in the control group,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusions the clinical effect of operation room nursing path in laparoscopic operation is significant,can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,should be vigorously promoted in clinical application.
