超声引导下脱细胞异体真皮基质治疗肛瘘

Acellular dermal matrix in the treatment of anal fistula under ultrasound guidance

目的探究复杂肛瘘患者在超声引导下运用脱细胞异体真皮基质治疗的临床成效。方法选取我院2015年1月至2016年6月入院的肛瘘患者80例,按照随机分组法分为观察组和对照组,每一组40人。给予对照组肛痿挂线术治疗,观察组在超声引导下运用脱细胞异体真皮基质填塞治疗。对两组患者临床治疗有效率、术后肛瘘复发率及术后患者疼痛评分、创面分泌物量、创面愈合时间情况进行比较。结果观察组患者治疗有效率为95%,对照组为92.5%(P>0.05);两组患者术后肛瘘复发率均为0%(P>0.05);观察组术后疼痛及创面分泌物量评分情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察纽术后创面愈合时闾显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复杂肛瘘患者在超声引导下运用脱细胞异体真皮基质治疗的临床成效显著,能有效缓解患者疼痛症状,减少术后创面分泌物量,且缩短患者术后创面愈合时间,促进患者疾病恢复,应大力推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of acellular allogenic dermal matrix under the guidance of ultrasound in patients with complex anal fistula.Methods 80 patients with anal fistula admitted in our hospital from January,2015 to June,2016 were divided into observation group and control group according to the randomization method.The treatment group was treated by acellular allogenic dermal matrix packing under ultrasound guidance.The effective rate of clinical treatment,anal fistula recurrence rate and postoperative pain score,wound secretion volume,wound healing time were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was95%in the observation group and 92.5%in the control group(P> 0.05).The recurrence rate of the anal fistula in the two groups was 0%(P> 0.05);the postoperative pain and wound secretion(P <0.05).The wound healing time in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions The use of acellular allogenic dermal matrix in the treatment of complex anal fistula can effectively relieve pain symptoms,reduce postoperative wound secretion,shorten the wound healing time and promote the recovery of patients' disease.Vigorously promote the application.
