腔镜胆囊次全切除术在急性复杂性胆囊炎患者治疗中的疗效观察

目的分析在急性复杂性胆囊炎治疗中应用腹腔镜胆囊次全切除术的疗效。方法选择2015年2月至2016年2月我院接收治疗的急性复杂性胆囊炎患者70例为研究对象,分为研究与对照两组,各35例,研究组施予腹腔镜胆囊次全切术治疗,对照组施予传统开放手术治疗,分析两组疗效。结果研究组各项手术指标均比对照组优越,研究组并发症发生率为2.9%,明显比对照组的22.8%低,差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性复杂性胆囊炎患者施予腹腔镜胆囊次全切除术治疗,能够实现良好的临床效果,促进患者早日康复。

Objective to analyze the complexity of acute cholecystitis treatment the curative effect of the application of laparoscopic total resection of gallbladder times.Methods in February 2015 to February 2016,our hospital to receive treatment of 70 cases as the research object,complexity of acute cholecystitis patients divided into two groups,research and comparison,35 cases observation group to laparoscopic gallbladder cut all treatment,control group to traditional open surgery treatment,two groups of curative effect analysis.Results the team the operation indexes are superior than the control group,the team the incidence of complications was2.9%,significantly less than 22.8%in control group,the differences have statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusions the complexity of acute cholecystitis patients to laparoscopic total resection of gallbladder times treatment,can achieve good clinical effect,promote the patient recover soon.
