摘要
目的探讨直肠癌TME术后吻合口漏的防治。方法回顾分析我院2006年1月至2016年3月住院371倒直肠癌TME术患者临床资料。结果发生吻合口漏32例患者,24例行非手术治疗获得成功,8例行横结肠造瘘术。结论非手术治疗是直肠癌TME术后吻合口漏首选治疗方法,引流及营养是治疗关键。
Objective To explore the reason and treatment for anastomotic leakage of rectal cancer.Methods 371 patients,who received TME for rectal cancerfrom in recent 10 years.Results there were 32 cases of anastomotic leakage.24 cases have been recovered by non-surgical treatment and the other 8 cases by operation.Conclusion non-surgical treatment should be considered as the main choice.Complete drainage and nutrition is the key to treatment.
