肛瘘患者的临床80例手术治疗体会

Experience with anal fistula in 80 cases of clinical surgical treatment

目的讨论对肛瘘病人进行瘘管切开手术的治疗效果。方法以80位患者为例,作为我们的研究对象,这80位病人均采用瘘管切开的办法进行治疗,观察这80位的术后效果。结果病人住院时间平均是(5.2±0.3)d,平均的高位挂线时间是(12.7±2.1)d,平均的伤口愈合时间是(22.8±1.4)d,中间肛门变形的病人发生了一例,刺余病人肛功能各项指标一切正常,治愈率达到98.8%。结论治疗肛瘘这一病症采用瘘管切开技术治疗,效果明显,术后副作用较小。治愈率高,瘘管切开术应大力在临床中推广。

Objective to discuss the fistula surgical operation of anal fistula patients therapeutic effect.Methods 80 patients,for example,as our research object,the 80 patients to adopt fistula incision for treatment,observe the postoperative effect of 80.Results the average hospitalization time is(5.2+0.3)d,the average high hang line(12.7+2.1)d is the time that the average wound healing time was(22.8+1.4)d,deformation of the patients in a case of anus,among patients with residual anal function indicators everything is normal,the cure rate is 98.8%.Conclusions the treatment of anal fistula treatment with this disease fistula incision technology,obvious effect,less side effects after surgery.The cure rate is high,fistulotomy should vigorously promote in the clinical.
