探讨腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠的围手术期护理干预

目的讨论腹腔镜治疗异住妊娠的围手术期护理干预从护理方面提高手术的成功率,减轻患者的痛苦,促使患者及早康复出院。方法对57例妇科异位妊娠腹腔镜手术的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果患者护理效果均较满意。对妇科异位妊娠患者腹腔镜围手术期护理尤为重要。结论腹腔镜手术前、中、后的护理非常重要,且也是保证手术成功的关键。

objective to discuss the perioperative nursing of laparoscopic treatment of ectopic pregnancy Increase the success rate of surgery from the aspects of care,reduce the pain of patients to promote patients recovered from as early as possible.Methods 57 cases of ectopic pregnancy of department of gynaecology the clinical data of laparoscopic surgery were retrospectively analyzed.Resnlts the patients nursing effects were satisfactory.For ectopic pregnancy patients with laparoscopic perioperative nursing of department of gynaecology is particularly important.Conclusion laparoscopic surgery before,during and after the nursing is very important,and also is the key of successful operation.
