小组负责制优质护理模式在血液透析患者中的应用效果评价

Evaluation of the effect of group responsible quality nursing model in hemodialysis patients

目的探讨小组负责制优质护理模式在血液透析患者中的应用效果;方法选取2015年1月至2015年12月我院收治的血液透析患者80例,随机分为对照组同研究组各40例,对照组患者使用常规护理,研究组患者使用小组负责制优质护理模式,对比两组患者的护理结果;结果在两组患者的护理结果方面,研究组患者的护理质量评分显著优于对照组,同时不良反应发生情况显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论在血液透析患者中应用小组负责制优质护理模式,有利于改善护理质量,降低不良反应发生风险,临床上应当推广应用。

Objective to evaluate the team overall responsibility for the high quality nursing mode the application result in hemodialysis patients;Methods in January 2015-December 2015 80 cases of hemodialysis patients of our hospital,each 40 cases were randomly divided into control group and research group,control group patients with routine nursing care,the team overall responsibility for the high quality nursing patients with group model,comparing the two groups of patients with care;Resnlts in the care of patients with two groups of results,the team of the patients nursing quality score significantly better than control group,adverse reactions occur at the same time was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Conclusion the application of group in hemodialysis patients with overall responsibility for the high quality nursing mode,is beneficial to improve the nursing quality,reduce the risk of adverse reaction occurred,shall be widely applied clinically.
