应用眼科专科护理教学系统培训护士的效果评价

Evaluation of the effect of the training of nurses in ophthalmology nursing teaching system

目的应用眼科专科护理教学系统对眼科新护士及眼科进修、实习护士进行培训,以促进尽护士快准确掌握眼科专科知识和专科操作技能,并对此培训方法进行效果评价。方法将30名进行培训的护士随机分为观察组和对照组,对对照组采用传统的方法进行培训,对观察组运用眼科专科护理教学系统进行培训,最后将两组结果进行比较。结果经对观察组与对照组护士的理论与实践技能考试成绩进行比较,观察组护士的平均成绩明显高于对照组护士,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论眼科专科护理教学系统知识全面、内容生动、直观,用眼科专科系统来培训护士的效果要优于传统的培训方法,并且能提升护士分析、解决问题的综合能力。

Objective to ophthalmic nurse teaching system for new nurses and eye eye refresher training,practice nurses,so as to promote accurately grasp the eye,as fast as the nurse specialist knowledge and specialized skills,and effect evaluation of the training methods.Methods30 training of nurses were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the control group used the traditional training methods,the observation group used ophthalmologic nurse training teaching system,at last we compare two sets of results.Results after the observation group and control group of nurse skills examination results comparison,theory and practice of nurse and nurse the average grades of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group,significant difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Knowledge comprehensive conclusion ophthalmic nurse teaching system,content,vivid,intuitive,with an eye specialist system to train nurses effect is superior to the traditional training methods,and can improve the nurse analysis,the comprehensive ability to solve the problem.
