经腹腔镜行子宫肌瘤剔除术病人的护理分析

目的探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床护理方法与体会。方法回顾性分析72例腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术患者的临床资料及方法。结果72倒手术顺利完成,无中转开腹,术后患者恢复良好,未出现并发症,均痊愈出院。体会腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术疗效确切,术后住院时间短,并能保留子宫,维持正常月经和生育功能。

Objective to investigate the laparoscopic uterine fibroids clinical nursing methods and experience of rejecting operation.Methods a retrospective analysis of 72 cases of laparoscopic uterine fibroids excluding patients with clinical data and methods.Results 72 cases of surgery is completed,no transit operation,postoperative patients recovered well,no complications occurred,were recovered.Experience of laparoscopic hysteromyoma resection of curative effect,short postoperative hospital stay,and can retain the womb,maintain normal menstruation and fertility function.
