探讨腹腔镜下子宫内膜癌根治术的护理效果

目的探讨子宫内膜癌根治术围手术期的护理方法及效果。方法对我院2014年1月至2015年12月期间的11例子宫内膜癌根治术的患者进行回顾性总结分析。结果11例患者均顺利地完成了手术,有2例出现肩部疼痛,经及时治疗和正确的护理后治愈。结论针对腹腔镜下子宫内膜癌根治手术患者的特殊性,加强术前、后的护理工作是保证患者手术成功及术后早日康复的关键。

Objective to explore the perioperative nursing of the endometrial carcinoma radical methods and effect.Methods in our hospital during January 2014-December 2015 11 examples of intrauterine membrane radical prostatectomy patients were retrospectively summarized analysis.Results 11 patients were successfully completed surgery,2 cases with shoulder pain,cured after timely treatment and proper nursing care.Conclusion for the particularity of laparoscopy in patients with endometrial cancer radical surgery,strengthen the nursing work is to make sure patients before and after the key to successful operation and postoperative recover at an early date.
