摘要
目的探讨经肛周彩色多普勒超声与直肠内彩超检查诊断和评估内痔的临床效果。方法选取于2016年12月至2017年8月期间本院肛肠科收治的内痔患者70例,随机分成两组,其中35例为对照组,疾病诊断和评估方法为肛周彩超,另35例为观察组,疾病诊断和评估方法为经直肠彩色多普勒超声,对比观察两组患者的检查结果。结果观察组的检出率(87.5%)高于对照组(24.5%);图像的成像效果较对照组明显更优,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论通过经直肠彩色多普勒超声进行内痔疾病的诊断效果显著,并且安全有效,可在临床上推广应用。
objective To investigate the diagnosis and evaluation of internal hemorrhoids between transrectal ultrasound and transperianal ultrasound.Methods Seventy internal hemorrhoids hemorrhage patients were randomly divided into two groups(35 in each group),and then were evaluated by transrectal and transperianal doppler ultrasound;Results The detection rate of the transrectal group(87.5%)was higher than those of the transperianal group(24.5%),and the imaging was better than that of the transperianal group.Conclusion Transrectal ultrasound is better than transperianal ultrasound
