胃肠肿瘤患者外科手术治疗疗效评价

Evaluation of surgical treatment for patients with gastrointestinal tumor

目的分析对胃肠肿瘤患者实施外科手术治疗的应用价值。方法选取本科室2015年1月至2016年1月收治的64例实施手术治疗的胃肠患者为研究对象,通过对患者年龄、性别、自身身体状况调查,同时根据肿瘤大小部位等进行分析,对患者采取合理的切除。结果所选的64例肿瘤患者经手术治疗后共52例痊愈,其中8例出现复发现象经治疗后痊愈,4例患者治疗无效死亡。结论对胃肠肿瘤患者实施手术治疗措施具有较高的治愈率,对于恶性肿瘤在治疗过程中会有一定的风险性,其中存在一部分患者出现复发现象,由此可见对胃肠肿瘤患者实施手术治疗能够有效改善患者的生存质量,此治疗措施值得广泛应用。

Objective analysis of the implementation of surgical treatment in patients with gastrointestinal tumor application value.Methods selection of undergraduate course room between January 2015 and January 2016,64 patients with gastrointestinal surgery treatment as the research object,through to the patients' age,gender,the investigation of their own physical condition,at the same time,according to the tumor size parts and so on carries on the analysis,take reasonable resection for patients.Results 64 cases of patients with tumor of the selected a total of 52 cases recovered after surgical treatment,of which 8 cases of recurrence occurs recovered after treatment treatment died in 4 patients.Conclusion for the treatment of patients with gastrointestinal tumor surgery has high cure rate,for malignant tumors in the process of treatment will have certain risk,there is a part of patients with recurrent phenomenon,thus it can be seen in patients with gastrointestinal tumor patients undergoing surgical treatment can effectively improve the quality of survival,this treatment is worth wide application.
