消化内科胃肠减压的护理效果评价

目的探讨消化内科胃肠减压护理的应用价值。方法选取本院消化内科2015年2月至2017年2月期间行肠胃减压的56例患者为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,给予对照组患者进行传统护理干预,给予实验组患者实施全面护理干预,对比两组患者的脱管率。结果研究结果显示,实验组患者脱管率明显低于对照组,P<0.05,差异显著有统计学意义。结论在消化内科患者进行肠胃减压过程中实施全面护理干预,对改善患者的预后及生活质量有着重要作用。

Objective to study the digestive internal medicine nursing the application value of gastrointestinal decompression.Methods to choose our digestive internal medicine in February 2015 to February 2015 lines of gastrointestinal decompression during the period of 56 patients as the research object,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,control group patients' traditional nursing intervention,the experimental group patients' implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention,compared to two group of patients with pipe of rate.Results the results showed that the experimental group patients to take off the tube rate is significantly lower than the control group,P< 0.05,significant difference was statistically significant.Conclusions in patients with digestive internal medicine for gastrointestinal decompression in the process of the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention,to improve the prognosis of patients and the quality of life plays an important role.
