综合护理干预在结肠镜诊疗前肠道准备中的应用研究

目的分析综合护理措施在结肠镜诊疗前肠道准备中的应用价值。方法选取本科室2016年1月至2017年1月收治的260例采用结肠镜诊疗的患者为研究对象,随机分为常规组和研究组,每组各130例,给予常规组患者实施传统护理干预,给予研究组患者在传统护理的基础上实施综合护理措施,对比两组患者肠道准备合格率。结果研究结果显示,研究组患者肠道清洁合格率为95.38%明显高于常规组72.31%,P<0.05,差异显著有统计学意义。结论经过实施综合护理干预能够有效提升结肠镜诊疗前肠道准备合格率,对患者接受诊疗有着重要的作用。

objective to analyze the application value of comprehensive nursing measures in intestinal preparation before colonoscopy.Methods select undergraduate course room between January 2016 and January 2017,260 cases as the research object,using a colonoscope diagnosis and treatment of patients were randomly divided into normal group and the group,130 cases in each group,to implement the traditional nursing intervention in patients with normal group,giving the team on the basis of the traditional nursing patients with comprehensive nursing measures,percent of pass for intestinal preparation compared two groups of patients.Results showed that the intestinal clean and qualified rate was 95.38%in the study group and 72.31%in the conventional group,P< 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion after comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the pretreatment of enteroscopy before diagnosis and treatment,it is important for patients to receive diagnosis and treatment.
