妇产科腹腔镜手术与传统开腹手术的护理比较分析

目的对比妇产科腹腔镜手术和传统开腹手术护理措施。方法选取本科室2016年1月至2017年1月收治的104例妇产科手术患者为调查对象,随机分为两组常规组和研究组,每组各52例,给予常规组患者实施传统开腹手术,给予研究组患者实施腹腔镜手术治疗措施,通过对两组患者实施针对性的护理方案,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果研究结果显示,研究组患者术中出血量、胃肠功能恢复及出院时间均优于常规组;同时研究组患者术后病房症人数明显低于常规组患者,P<0.05,差异显示具有统计学意义。结论对妇产科患者实施腹腔镜手术主要优势在于创伤小、恢复速度快等,同时对其实施科学的护理干预,能够有效提高护理工作质量,对改善患者生活质量有着重要的作用。

Objective to compare the gynecological laparoscopic surgery and traditional open operation nursing measures.Methodsselect undergraduate course room between January 2016 and January 2017 was conducted in 104 patients with gynecological surgery,were randomly divided into two groups of normal group and the group,52 cases in each group,conventional group patients' implementation of traditional open operation,giving the team in patients with laparoscopic surgical treatment measures,by means of two groups of patients implement targeted nursing plan,comparing the nursing effect of two groups of patients.Results the results showed that the team bleeding amount of patients with gastrointestinal functional recovery and discharge time are better than that of conventional group;At the same time the team number of patients with postoperative wards disease significantly lower than the conventional group of patients,P< 0.05,showed statistically significant differences.Conclusion the implementation of laparoscopic surgery in patients with gynecology and obstetrics main advantage is that small trauma,fast recovery,etc.,at the same time to the nursing intervention,the use of science can effectively improve the quality of nursing work,to improve the patients quality of life has an important role.
