腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术的手术室护理配合与体会

目的探讨手术室护理配合在腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术治疗中的应用效果。方法选用2016年3月至2017年9月期间我院治疗的60例腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者为研究对象,均分为两组,对照组为常规护理,观察组为手术室护理配合,对比两组护理情况。结果观察组的手术时间、肠道恢复时间、首次下床时间、住院时间低于对照组,两组的不良反应发生率为6.67%和23.33%,观察组的不良反应发生率低于对照组,统计学有意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理配合在腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术治疗中的应用效果非常显著,降低了不良反应发生率,缩短了手术时间,加快了身体康复速度,提高了护理效果,值得应用。

objective to explore the operating room nursing cooperation in the application of laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical treatment effect.Methods choose during March 2016 to September 2017,our hospital treatment of 60 patients with laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical as the research object,were divided into two groups,control group for routine care,observation group to the operating room nursing coordination,compared two groups of nursing.Results the operation time of observing group,intestinal recovery time,bed time for the first time,length of hospital stay,lower than the control group,two groups the incidence of adverse reactions was6.67% and 23.33%,the incidence of adverse reactions to observation group than controls,statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion the operating room nursing cooperation in the application of laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical treatment effect is very significant to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,shorten the operation time,to speed up the body rehabilitation,to improve the nursing effect,is worthy of application.
