摘要
目的探讨健康教育在肝胆外科围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法选取86例肝胆外科手术患者进行护理干预实验分析,给予健康教育者设定为观察组,给予常规护理者设定为对照组,每组43例。结果护理后,与对照组相比,观察组的焦虑(SAS)评分、抑郁(SDS)评分均比较低,护理满意度方面,观察组高于对照组,并发症发生率方面,观察组显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对肝胆外科手术患者治疗的同时,配合健康教育护理,可有效改善患者的不良心理,同时在降低术后并发症发生率,提升护理满意度方面也有积极的影响,方案有推广的价值。
objective to explore the effect of health education in perioperative nursing of hepatobiliary surgery.Health educators were given as observation group,routine nursing was set as control group,43 cases in each group.Results after nursing,the anxiety score of observation group was compared with that of control group.The scores of depression and SDS were all low,the nursing satisfaction was higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion the clinical effect of hepatobiliary surgery is significant.At the same time,combined with health education and nursing care,patients can effectively improve their bad psychology,at the same time in reducing the incidence of postoperative complications,improve the degree of satisfaction with nursing also has a positive impact,the program has the value of promotion.
