红光治疗仪促进混合痔手术切口愈合的临床观察

目的讨论红光治疗仪用于混合痔外剥离内痔结扎术后切口愈合的临床观察。方法将241例混合痔术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。比较:混合痔外剥离内痔结扎术后切口愈合时间,疼痛程度,以及水肿情况。结果治疗组在混合痔外剥离内痔结扎术后手术切口愈合时间,疼痛程度,以及水肿情况优于对照组。结论红光治疗仪在促进肛门手术切口愈合时间上,与对照组比较,效果较明显P<0.05,差异P<0.01。具有一定的应用价值,值得推广。
