预防性回肠造瘘术在直肠癌前切除术中的临床应用价值探讨

目的观察使用预防性回肠造瘘手术应用于直肠癌前切除术中的效果。方法以我院收治的直肠癌病人86例作为本次研究主体,所选取的病人全部为2013年8月-2017年8月在我院接受相关治疗,依据不同病人的不同入院时间分成对照组与治疗组,每组病人43例,对照组病人接受直肠癌低位前切术,治疗组病人则加用预防性回肠造瘘,对比分析治疗组与对照组病人手术结束之后吻合口瘘出现情况,同时对手术指标(下床活动时间、平均住院时间等)实施对比。结果治疗组病人恢复良好,同时没有吻合口瘘出现,对照组病人有6例出现了吻合口瘘,发生率达到了13.95%。另外在手术指标(下床活动时间、平均住院时间等)方面治疗组也要优于对照组,P<0.05。结论使用预防性回肠造瘘手术应用于直肠癌前切除术中的效果显著。

objective to observe the effect of prophylactic ileostomy in anterior resection of rectal carcinoma.Methods in our hospital 86 cases of colorectal cancer patients as the research main body,all of the patients selected for the August 2013-August 2017 in our hospital related treatment,according to different patients hospitalized time were divided into control group and treatment group,43 patients in each group,control group patients accepted low rectal cancer before cut method,the treatment group patients were used preventive colostomy,the ileum contrast analysis of the treatment group and control group patients after surgery the appearance,the anastomotic fistula at the same time of operation index(bed activity time,average length of hospital stay,etc.)implementation.Results the patients in the treatment group recovered well,and there was no anastomotic fistula,and there were 6 cases of anastomotic fistula in the control group,and the incidence rate was 13.59%.In addition,the treatment group was also better than the control group(P< 0.05)in the surgical indicators(the time of bed activity and average length of hospital stay).Conclusion the use of prophylactic ileal fistula is effective in anterior resection of rectal carcinoma.
