结肠癌患者围手术期实施加速康复营养护理的效果分析

目的研究结肠癌患者围手术期实施加速康复营养护理的效果。方法筛选我院在2014年-2016年被确诊为结肠癌的患者共88例,将患者分两组各44例,观察组使用加速康复营养护理方法,对照组使用常规护理方法,比较两组肛门初次排气时间、排便时间,输液时间,住院时间以及SCL-90评分。结果观察组患者肛门初次排气时间、排便时间,输液时间以及住院时间等均少于对照组;术后观察组患者各项SCL-90评分均低于对照组,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论结肠癌患者围手术期实施加速康复营养护理的效果较为显著,可加快患者胃肠功能恢复,生活质量明显提升。

Objective to study the colon cancer patients perioperative speeding recovery nutrition nursing effect.Screening Methods our hospital in 2014-2014,was diagnosed with colon cancer patients with a total of 88 cases,the patients were divided into two groups,44 cases observation group using accelerated rehabilitation nutrition treatment method,the control group using conventional care method,comparing two groups of anal exhaust time,first time defecation time,transfusion time,length of hospital stay and SCL-90 score.Results the observation group of patients first anus exhaust time,defecation time,transfusion time and hospital stay were less than the control group;Postoperative observation group of patients the SCL-90 scores were lower than the control group,P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion colon cancer patients perioperative of speeding recovery nutrition nursing effect is significant,can speed up the patients with gastrointestinal function recovery,the quality of life improved significantly.
