医护一体化快速康复理念在结直肠癌围手术期护理中的应用

目的对结直肠癌患者围术期应用医护一体化快速康复理念进行护理的效果进行探讨。方法选取我院收治的96例结直肠癌手术患者进行研究,随机分为两组各48例,对照组应用常规护理方法,观察组给予医护一体化快速康复理念护理,对比两组护理效果。结果在术后排气时间、下床活动时间、进食时间、住院时间等方面,观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;术后不良反应发生率方面,观察组(6.25%)与对照组(8.33%)差异不显著,无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论对结直肠癌手术患者应用医护一体化快速康复理念进行围术期护理,可降低患者痛苦,提高患者康复效果,应用价值较高,值得推广。

Objective in patients with colorectal cancer perioperative application of rapid rehabilitation concept for the effect of nursing care integration were discussed.Methods choose 96 cases of our hospital during perioperative period in patients with colorectal cancer study,48 cases were randomly divided into two groups,control group by the method of routine nursing care,observation group was given health care integration rapid rehabilitation concept of nursing care effect compared to two groups.Results the postoperative exhaust time,ambulation time,feeding time,length of hospital stay,etc.,observation group were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P< 0.05;The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions,observation group(6.25%)and control group(8.33%),the difference was not significant,no statistical significance,P>0.05).Conclusions in patients with colorectal cancer surgery medical application integration rapid rehabilitation concept of perioperative nursing care can reduce patient pain,improve patient rehabilitation effect,high application value,worthy of promotion.
