迈之灵治疗轻中度内痔出血的超声影像学改变

The effect of maizhiling on ultrasound imaging changes of internal hemorrhoids hemorrhage

目的观察迈之灵治疗轻中度内痔出血后的超声影像学变化。方法将60例轻中度内痔出血患者随机分为两组(每组30例),即马应龙痔麝香疮膏治疗组(对照组)与迈之灵治疗组(观察组),于治疗前和治疗后7天分别观察患者症状及彩超观察肛周静脉丛曲张面积的改变。结果治疗组的有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的肛周静脉丛血流速度增加较明显,血管内径及面积明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论迈之灵能明显改善轻中度内痔肛周静脉丛曲张程度,对内痔出血疗效显著,值得临床应用推广。

objective To observe the effect of maizhiling on ultrasound imaging changes of mild or middle internal hemorrhoids hemorrhage.Methods Sixty mild or middle internal hemorrhoids hemorrhage patients were randomly divided into two groups(30 in each group),mayinglong hemorrhoids ointment group(control group),and maizhiling group(observed group),patients' symptoms and imaging changes of perianal venous plexus were recored before and after treatment.Results The effective rate of observed group was higher than those in control group(P<0.05);the speed of perianal venous plexus faster than the control group,inner diameter and venous area was lower than those of control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion Maizhiling can improve the ultrasound imaging score of mild or middle internal hemorrhoids hemorrhage,alleviate the internal hemorrhoids symptoms.
