摘要 目前动力及储能锂离子电池成为新能源领域的热点,最新的《联合国关于危险货物运输的建议书标准和试验手册》UN38.3第六版纠错1中对于动力及储能型锂离子电池系统只提出需要对保护功能进行验证,未规定具体的测试方法。本文结合近年来发布的国际和国内标准,针对动力及储能型锂离子电池系统UN38.3检测技术进行深入研究,提出可供参考的测试规范,以提高这一领域的检测技术水平。 Now the traction and energy storage lithium ion battery become a hotspot in the new energyfield,the latest proposal about dangerous goods transportation of the United Nations standards and test manual UN38.3in the sixth edition correction 1clearly stipulated small test requirements and methods of the lithium ion battery,but for large traction and energy storage type lithium ion battery only proposed the testing requirements was given,without giving a clear detection methods.In this paper,combined with international and domestic standards issued in recent years,depth research was given,focus on UN38.3detection technology for the traction and energy storage lithium ion battery system,put forward for reference of the test specification,in order to improve the detection technology in the field.
