对比国产和进口二氧化硅对起停铅蓄电池性能的影响

摘要 二氧化硅在铅蓄电池中应用广泛,在起停铅蓄电池中,蓬松多孔的二氧化硅对提高活性物质孔率有很大作用,从而影响电池电性能。在起停电池铅膏中分别添加进口和国产的二氧化硅,对比两种二氧化硅物理性能、两者铅膏与板栅结合力和电池性能,得出虽然两种二氧化硅的物理性能差异很小,但是添加进口二氧化硅极板的板栅和活性物质结合力更强;电池的低温性能更好。而添加国产二氧化硅电池容量稳定性更好;17.5%DOD循环放电性能更好。 Silica is widely used in lead-acid battery.Fluffy porous silica has a great effect on the increase the hole rate of active material,which affects the battery performance in start-stop leadacid batteries.Both import and domestic silica were added in lead paste of start-stop battery,respectively.Compared to the physical performance of two kinds of silica,the binding force of between lead pastes and grids and the performance of batteries,it was concluded that the performance of the two kinds of silica was similar and that the binding force between grids and active materials added import silica were stronger than added domestic silica.The batteries with import silica showed better cold start performance,however,the batteries with domestic silica expressed better capacity stability and 17.5% depth of discharge.
