摘要
为提高金属铝作为锂离子电池负极材料的循环稳定性,以真空热蒸发镀膜法这一可控程度较高的物理方法在三维结构碳基底上制备三维铝碳复合微纳米结构。SEM和EDX对材料的表征结果表明,通过对基底材料的合理选择、蒸镀方法的合理调控,可在三维碳基底上获得厚度适当的微纳米级别金属铝活性材料。对其进行的电化学测试表明,在三维碳基底上包覆金属铝所得到的负极材料在获得较好的容量提升的同时也具有良好的循环稳定性。
3D Al/C nanostructure is successfully prepared by vacuum heat evaporation method.As confirmed by EDX and SEM measurements,3D Al/C composite anode with Al in nanosized thickness is obtained through the appropriate base material selection and carefully controlled heat evaporation process.Such composite anode demonstrates enhanced lithium storage ability and good cyclic stability according to corresponding electrochemical tests.
