卷绕式铅酸蓄电池的智能制造分析

摘要 铅酸蓄电池在国民经济中有广泛的用途。铅酸蓄电池的生产在基本实现机械化的状况下,必然向智能制造的方向发展,这和国家提出的改进传统制造业的方向是完全符合的。实现智能制造,卷绕式铅酸蓄电池是容易实现、成本较低、品质可靠的生产方式;实现智能制造的进程取决于智能制造硬件的发展进程,和蓄电池工艺技术进步的程度以及蓄电池制造的经验转化成装备智能的能力。 Lead-acid batteries have been widely applied in National Economy.With the realization of mechanization in its production,it is necessary to progress forward to intelligent manufacturing,which fully consistent with the direction proposed by the state to improve the traditional manufacturing industry.Spiral lead-acid battery is a good choice to realize intelligent manufacturing,which is easy to implement with lower cost,at the same time able to ensure reliable quality.To achieve the process of intelligent manufacturing depends on the development of intelligent manufacturing hardware,the progress of battery technology and the ability of conversing the experience of battery manufacturing into intelligent facilities.
