超级电容器等效串联内阻的理论分析

摘要 超级电容器作为新兴的能源储备器件,通过电极间可逆的物理电荷转移过程实现能量的储存和释放^([1]),目前发展迅速,对其性能、应用等的研究也逐渐深入。超级电容器作为备用电源具有充放电迅速、容量大、循环寿命长等优点,被广泛应用于消费电子、电动汽车及混合动力汽车、电力系统等领域^([2])。在超级电容器的各种性能参数的研究中,等效串联内阻是非常重要的指标,用来判断超级电容器电极失效的问题。本文通过对超级电容器内部结构的介绍,分析超级电容器的工作原理,探究超级电容器等效串联内阻的构成、原理及影响因素等,有利于更精确的判断超级电容器的失效问题。 Supercapacitor,as a new energy reserve device,achieves energy storage and release through the reversible physical charge transfer process between electrodes.It is also developing rapidly,and its research on its performance and application has gradually deepened the supercapacitor as a backup power source.Rapid,large capacity,long cycle life,etc.,are widely used in consumer electronics,electric vehicles and hybrid cars,power systems and other fields.In the study of various performance parameters of supercapacitors,equivalent series resistance is a very important indicator,used to determine the super capacitor electrode failure problem.In this paper,through the introduction of the internal structure of the supercapacitor,the analysis of the working principle of the supercapacitor and the composition,principle and influencing factors of the equivalent internal resistance of the supercapacitor are helpful to judge the failure of the supercapacitor more accurately.
