摘要
采用自动电位滴定法,分别用硫酸亚铁铵滴定和Na_2EDTA滴定化学分析测试方法,测定锰酸锂正极材料中锰的含量。通过两种测试方法试验对比发现,两种测试方法的结果一致,但Na_2EDTA滴定法具有样品处理耗时短,操作简单,反应过程易控制等优势,且该测试方法的相对标准偏差不大于0.2%,锰的回收率在98.92%~100.5%之间,精确度和准确度都能达到要求,适用于规模化锰酸锂正极材料生产中锰含量的快速分析。
The contents of Mn in LiMn_2O_4 cathode material were detected by automatic potentiometric titration method with two chemical analysis methods of(NH4)2 Fe(SO4)2 titration and Na_2 EDTA titration.By contrast with the experiments,the results of the test were the same,but with the Na_2 EDTA titration the time of the sample processing was less,the operation was simpler and the reaction was more easier controlling than with the(NH4)2 Fe(SO4)2 titration.The relative standard deviation of the Na_2 EDTA titration was less than 0.2% ,and the recovery of Mn standard was between 98.92% ~100.5% ,which met the accuracy requirement.The method of Na_2 EDTA titration could be used to detect the contents of Mn in the LiMn_2O_4 cathode material production.
