摘要
本文对蓄电池生产装配工序用树脂干燥窑的工作原理和设计结构进行剖析,找出造成电池底胶渗漏、红蓝胶外溢和不固化等质量问题的原因。即:树脂干燥窑窑体内热源来自电阻丝加热发出的能量,并且热风系统设计存在缺陷,风道布风不均匀造成热量分布不均,从而无法保证电池表面受热均匀。本人利用热泵技术,对树脂干燥窑循环风系统进行设计和改造,解决了底胶渗漏及红蓝胶外溢和不固化问题。更重要的是,采用热泵后树脂干燥窑能源消耗比传统电加热方式节约2/3,生产效率也得到提升,起到降低生产成本的作用。
In this paper,the working principle and design structure of the resin drying kiln used in the bat,find out the causes of the quality problems such as the leakage of the battery bottom glue,the spillover of the red and blue glue and the non curing.That is to say:the heat source in the body of a resin drying kiln is derived from the energy produced by the resistance wire,and there is a defect in the design of hot air system,uneven distribution defect of heat distribution in air duct,It can not guarantee the heating uniformity of the surface of the battery.I use the heat pump technology,design and reform of circulating air system in resin drying kiln,solve the problem of rubber leakage,red blue spillover and non curing.More importantly,the energy consumption of the drying kiln after the heat pump is saved by 2/3 than that of the traditional electric heating,Production efficiency has also been improved,reducing the cost of production.
