摘要 混合脉冲功率特性(Hybrid Pulse Power Characterization,简称HPPC)测试是动力电池性能评估中的一项重要的测试方法,该方法主要针对混合动力车用电池系统、模块以及电池单体进行性能评估及电源系统管理等。HPPC测试在混合动力电动车方面的应用较为全面,但对于纯电动车方面的应用还有较大研究空间。本文通过解读HPPC测试方法,对HPPC测试在电池性能评估、故障诊断及建模等方面的应用进行评述,为HPPC测试方法的扩展、纯电动车用动力电池测试方法的研究及相关标准的制定提供参考依据。 Hybrid Pulse Power Characterization(HPPC)is one of the most important tests in the performance evaluation of EV power battery.It mainly evaluates the performance of system,module and cell for HEVs.HPPC test has a comprehensive application in HEVs,but there is still much room of research for pure electric vehicles(PEVs).By interpreting method of the HPPC test,this paper reviews the application of HPPC test in battery performance evaluation,fault diagnosis and modeling,etc.This paper can provide a reference for the expansion of HPPC test methods,the research on test methods of lithium-ion battery for PEVs and the fomulation of relevant standards.
