摘要
通过聚苯胺异相成核,制备均匀分布于氧化石墨烯中的聚苯胺纳米颗粒,并对其进行热处理得到氮掺杂石墨烯。通过场发射扫描电镜(SEM)、拉曼光谱(Raman)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)表征材料的形貌结构以及化学组成;通过循环伏安(CV)、旋转圆盘电极(RDE)、旋转环盘电极(RRDE)测试氮掺杂石墨烯的氧还原催化性能。测试结果表明,10GO-800的ORR催化活性最好,且其氧还原反应是4电子过程,双氧水产率较低接近零。
The materials that polyaniline nanoparticles uniformly distributed in graphene oxide are prepared by heterogeneous nucleation of polyaniline.Then its were heat-treated to obtain nitrogen-doped graphenes.The morphology,structure and chemical composition of nitrogendoped graphenes were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Raman spectroscopy(Raman)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).Their oxygen reduction catalytic performance were tested by cyclic voltammetry(CV),rotating disk electrode(RDE)and ring disk electrode(RRDE).The results show that 10 GO-800 exhibits the best catalytic activity.It is demonstrated that the ORR catalyzed by 10 GO-800 is four electron process with the hydrogen peroxide yield closing to 0.
