摘要
以硫酸钴和碳酸氢铵为原料,使用连续法和间歇法制备球形碳酸钴颗粒。考察了碳酸钴颗粒生长过程中的形貌转变与条件控制。实验表明,碳酸钴颗粒的表面形貌有三种变化:由微晶转变为团聚晶核,由块状堆积转变为片层状,由片层状转变为粉粒状。使用间歇法,控制反应pH值为6.9~7.3,反应物料的固含量为150~400g/L,并在反应后段降低搅拌速度,可以制备出形貌较好的球形碳酸钴,中位径为20μm,振实密度为2.0g/cm3。
Spherical cobalt carbonate particles were prepared from cobalt sulfate and ammonium bicarbonate by continuous or intermittent method.The morphological transformation and conditional control of cobalt carbonate granule growth were investigated.The results showed that the surface morphology of cobalt carbonate particles changed from microcrystalline to agglomerated nucleus,from massive stacking to lamellar,and from lamellar to powdery granular.Using intermittent method,the spherical CoCO3 with 20μm in median diameter and 2.0 g/cm3 tap density could be obtained when the pH value was 6.9~7.3,the solid content of the reaction material was150~400 g/L,and the stirring speed was reduced in the later stage of the reaction.
