摘要
在动力锂电池的生产过程中,电池的充放电功率较大会造成电池组温度升高,但是异常的温升会引发火灾危险,因此必须对电池组极柱的温度进行监测。传统的方法是直接将温度探头接触在电池极柱上进行检测,该测试方法虽然测试精度高,但是响应时间较慢,而且电池换型时热电偶温度探头的重新组装排布较为麻烦,综合维护成本较高。本文提出了一种基于红外热成像技术的电池极柱温度监控系统,该测试方法响应时间快,同时红外相机架设一次性到位,电池组换型无需维护,该测试方法大幅提升了综合测试效率。
In the production of power lithium batteries,the temperature of batteries is increased by the charging and discharging power of batteries.The fire hazard is caused by the abnormal temperature,so the temperature of the battery pole must be monitored.The traditional method is contacting the temperature probe on the battery pole directly.High accuracy is created by the test method,but the response time is slow and battery replacement is more troublesome for the reassemble and arrangement of the temperature probe,so the cost of comprehensive maintenance is high.The temperature monitoring system for battery pole based on infrared thermal imaging technology is presented in the paper with fast response time.The advantages of setting up onetime in place and greatly improving the testing efficiency is achieved by the method.
