摘要
本文通过回流法成功制备了一维结构ZnCo2O4纳米棒粉末材料,并作为锂离子电池负极材料。通过XRD对所制备的样品进行了物相表征,FESEM电镜对其进行了形貌表征,并对其进行了电化学性能测试。所制备ZnCo2O4纳米棒的直径约为150-200nm,长度约,表现出优异的电化学性能。
ZnCo2 O4 nanorods with length of 2-4μm and diameter of 150-200 nm are successfully synthesized via reflux method as anode material for lithium ion batteries.X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy are used to characterize the structure and morphology of the as-prepared ZnCo2 O4 nanorods powders.The prepared ZnCo2 O4 nanorods perform good electrochemical performances.
