成人常复发性原发性肾病综合征的中西医结合治疗疗效观察

Observation of Therapy of Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine on Frequently Relapse Primary Nephrotic Syndrome (FRPNS) in Adults

目的 :比较中西医结合疗法和单纯西医药疗法治疗成人常复发性原发性肾病综合征 (FRNS)的疗效。方法 :6 0例FRNS病人随机分为治疗组 (30例 ,采用中西医结合治疗 )和对照组 (30例 ,采用单纯西药治疗 ) ,比较二组患者临床疗效。结果 :治疗组完全缓解率为 76 .7% ,缓解后 6个月、1年、4年复发率分别为 0、4 .3%、17.4 % ,平均缓解期为 (33.7± 3.6 )月 ,激素不良反应发生率 2 6 .7% ;对照组缓解率为 4 0 % ,6个月、1年、4年复发率分别为 16 .7%、4 1.7%、5 8.3% ,平均缓解期为 (12 .5± 3.6 )月 ,激素不良反应发生率为 6 3.3%。治疗组均明显优于对照组 ,P <0 .0 1。结论 :中西医结合治疗FRNS疗效较为满意。

Objective:To compare the curative effects between integrated traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and western medicine (WM) in Frequently Relapse Primary Nephrotic Syndrome (FRPNS).Methods:60 patients with FRPNS were randomly divided into treated group(n=30)which was treated with integrated TCM WM and control group which was treated with WM alone.The curative effects between two groups werecompared.Results:After therapy in treated group the complete remission rate (76.7%),the recurrence rate was 0,4.3%,17.4% at 6 months,one year,four years after the FRPNS was remitted,the mean remission period was(33.7±3.6)months,the harmful reaction rate induced by steroid(26.7)were all significantly superior to those [40%,16.7%,41.7%,58.3%,(12.5+3.6)months,63.3%]Respectively in control group (all P <0.01).Conclusion:This indicate that the therapy of TCM WM on FRPNS is superior than that of WM alone.
