污秽分布对陶瓷XP-70与玻璃LXP-70绝缘子放电影响的实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 基于绝缘子污秽分布的非连续特征,开展了非连续污秽分布对陶瓷XP-70与玻璃LXP-70绝缘子交/直流放电影响的实验研究。首先,基于紫外脉冲原理搭建了污秽绝缘子放电紫外脉冲检测系统。在此基础上,研究了非连续污秽分布对绝缘子交/直流放电紫外脉冲与泄漏电流的影响特性。试验结果表明:非连续污秽分布下陶瓷绝缘子交流放电紫外脉冲数高于全污秽绝缘子放电紫外脉冲数。全污秽陶瓷绝缘子直流放电紫外脉冲数明显高于其它污秽分布下绝缘子放电紫外脉冲数。玻璃绝缘子不同污秽分布下交/直流放电紫外脉冲数在不同电压等级下表现出较大差异。一般情况下,全污秽绝缘子泄漏电流高于非连续污秽分布绝缘子泄漏电流,洁净绝缘子泄漏电流小于污秽绝缘子泄漏电流,不同干带污秽绝缘子泄漏电流表现出差异化。绝缘子污秽非连续分布对泄漏电流表征污秽程度产生偏差,在实际中,可结合绝缘子放电紫外脉冲与泄漏电流检测综合评估绝缘子污秽程度。 Based on the discontinuous characteristics of Insulator Contamination Distribution,and the effects of discontinuous contamination distribution on the AC/DC discharge of pocelain XP-70 and glass LXP-70 insulators are investigated. First,based on the principle of ultraviolet pulse,the ultraviolet pulse detection system of polluted insulator discharge is built. Furthermore,the influence of discontinuous contamination distribution on the UV pulse and leakage current of insulators under AC/DC discharge is investigated. The experimental results show that the number of ultraviolet pulses of AC discharge of ceramic insulators under discontinuous contamination distribution is higher than that of total polluted insulators. In DC discharge,the UV pulse number of all contaminated ceramic insulators is obviously higher than that of other polluted insulators. Under different pollution distribution,the ultraviolet pulse number of AC discharge and DC discharge of glass insulators show great difference at different voltage levels. In general,the leakage current of all contaminated insulators is higher than the leakage current of insulators with discontinuous contamination distribution,the leakage current of clean insulator is less than the leakage current of polluted insulator,and the leakage current of polluted insulators with different dry belts shows differentiation. In reality,the non continuous distribution of insulators can cause errors in the contamination degree of traditional leakage current. Combined with the ultraviolet pulse and leakage current of insulators,the contamination degree of insulators should be evaluated comprehensively.
