摘要 目的 改变临床护理教学按临床分科设置课程的弊端。方法 按护理专业的培养目标要求,以解决病人的健康问题为主线,优化组合教学内容,按生命周期模式将内科、外科、传染病护理学合并成为《成人护理学》,并进行了教学实践。结果 不但教学时数减少18.6%,考试成绩与常规班无显著性差异,而且突出了整体护理,还有利于培养学生的自学能力和创新能力。结论 开设《成人护理学》课程,有利于培养21世纪高素质护理人才。 Objective To overcome the disadvantages of course design according to clinical professions in clinical nursing teaching. Methods In the light of the training target of the nursing prefession, the teaching contents were optimized. In term of the life cycle mode, the contents of internal medicine nursing science, surgery nursing science and infectious disease nursing science were combined to form Adult Nursing Science. Results The teaching practice of Adult Nursing Science revealed the teaching hours were decreased by 18. 6% and the examination records were similar to those of ordinary classes. Moreover, holistic nursing care was emphasized, which was beneficial to train the self-study ability and innovative capacity of the nursing students. Conclusion Setting the course of Adult Nursing Science was helpful to train high qualified nurses.
