高精度小电流安装式三相电能表自动化检定的稳定性研究

摘要 国网0.2S级高精度小电流安装式电能表的测试,由于精度要求高,精密测量范围宽,特别是对小电流工作点的高精度要求,使得很多0.05级的三相电能表自动化检定系统无法稳定地检定这种电能表。本文通过对国网0.2S级安装式电能表的测试要求的分析,和实践中对三相自动化电能表检表线工作环境的分析,提出了一种可以稳定可靠的输出极小精密小电流(小于1m A)的工作方法,同时,配合检定装置小电流测量精度的提升,可以实现国网0.2S级高精度电能表在三相自动化检表线上批量性检定的目的。 SGCC 0.2 s-class high precision small current installation type watt-hour meter test,due to their high precision,wide range of precision measurement,especially for small current working point of high accuracy requirements,make a lot of magnitude 0.05 three-phase watt-hour meter automatic verification system cannot be verified the watthour meter.Installation type watt-hour meter based on its Chinese web 0.2 S level of the analysis of the test requirements,and the practice on the analysis of the three-phase watt-hour meter automatic calibration system working environment,this paper proposes a minimal output can be stable and reliable precision small current(less than 1 ma) working methods,with the lifting calibration unit low current measurement accuracy,high precision watt-hour meter can realize its 0.2 S level in three-phase automatic inspection table on-line batch verification purpose.
