摘要
针对智能电能表质量一致性检测人工目测比对方法自动化程度低、劳动强度大、检测效率低等问题,基于机器视觉、自动控制、图像识别和组态软件等技术,研发了智能电能表质量一致性检测系统,实现对不同型号智能电能表的外观型式、硬件印刷电路板(PCB)和软件通信规约三方面的一体化一致性检测。本系统已应用在湖北省智能电能表发货前全性能试验和到货抽检试验的样品比对检测工作中,具有自动化程度高、检测准确度和效率高的优点。
In order to solve several problems such as less automation, high labor intensity and inefficiency, which were brought by the traditional human inspection method, the smart meter quality consistency inspection system based on the technology of machine vision, automation control, image recognition and configuration software is developed in this pa-per. This system realizes the three aspects consistency including appearance pattern, hardware printed circuit board (PCB) and software communication protocol integration detection for different types of smart meter. This system has been used for sample comparison detection among full performance test before shipping and sampling test after arrival for all smart meters in Hubei Province, and the results show the proposed system has high accuracy and efficiency.
