摘要
井下有毒气体对工作人员具有多种危害,有毒气体的实时监测对对保护工作人员的生命安全具有重要意义。目前监控终端测量准确度不足、结构复杂、功能不足,同时,有线通信的布线问题也为井下安全埋下了隐患。本文简要介绍了一种基于无线通信的分布式有毒气体监测系统,重点描述了基于STM32和NDIR传感器的检测终端,分析了有毒气体浓度检测方法及实验方法,给出了有毒气体的检测终端的硬件电路和软件流程。实验证明,该监测终端设计简单、功耗低、工作可靠、并具有较高的准确度,具有一定的市场推广价值。
