摘要
为了利用现有分布在各地市的电能计量检定装置和检定人员,实现省级计量中心对全省电能计量检定工作的统一管理,提升全省电能计量检定生产工作效能,提出了一套遵循电能计量专业相关规程、规范,依托电力企业内部网络,采用分布式数据存储,借助工作流引擎,利用反射技术,实现由省级计量中心对各地市的电能计量检定装置和检定人员进行统一调度,对全省电能计量检定工作进行统一管理的省级电能计量统一检定平台解决方案,通过实际应用验证了该解决方案能够切实提升全省电能计量检定生产工作效能,具有较好的实用价值。
