摘要
运行中的低压民用单相电能表,在现场使用过程中量大面广。当出现窃电、故障、投诉等情况时,若全部拆回实验室检定困难较多,一是工作量大任务繁重,二是影响用户用电,三是影响供电企业供、售电指标的完成。因此运行中的低压电能表除采用定期抽检的方法外,大多采用现场校验的方法进行故障排查。电能表现场校验仪就是重要的现场测试设备。但现场校验条件复杂多样,为了避免因现场无负荷或负荷电流较低,造成的无法校验及校验误差偏大的情况,我们使用了一种便携式表源一体的电能表现场校验仪,保证了校验数据的准确可靠同时提高了工作效率。本文就简要介绍了PEC-HA型电能表现场校验仪的工作原理、功能及使用方法。
The single-phase energy meter for low voltage resident users is widely used in the field. In the case of electric-ity stealing, malfunction and complaints, it’s difficult to discount the meter back to the laboratory for testing, one reason is the task is heavy, the second reason is that this may influent the meter users, and the third is that this may influence the completion of the sale of electricity index. Therefore, field calibration is more frequently used rather than periodic sampling for troubleshooting for low voltage energy meter in use. The energy field calibrator is the important field test equipment. This paper gives a brief introduction to the working principle, function and features of the PEC-HA type electric energy meter.
