摘要
依照现行有效国家校准规范建立音频分析仪校准装置。随着科学技术以及智能仪器的发展,采用传统手工测量和记录的方式校准音频分析仪已不能满足实际需要。本文通过GPIB总线方式搭建通讯平台,开发基于LabView平台的自动校准系统,实现仪器自动校准控制。实现与LIMS实验室信息管理系统对接,完成仪器信息、校准数据等电子化管理。音频分析仪自动校准装置的建立为华东地区音频分析仪量值的统一和溯源提供可靠的技术保障。
According to the current effective national calibration standard set up the audio analyzer calibration device. With the development of science and technology and the development trend of intelligent instrument,manual measure-ment and recording can not meet the actual needs.Build a communications platform through GPIB bus, developed auto-calibration system based on LabView software and control to realize the automatic calibration.Docking with the LIMS laboratory information management system,complete the instrument information.Establishment of auto-calibration de-vice for audio analyzer ,to provide reliable technical support for the unification and traceability of audio analyzer in East China.
