摘要
交流电动机作为动力装置,在液压系统等自动控制领域有着广泛的应用。但交流电动机在启动过程中存在着诸多问题,全电压启动时冲击转矩对拖动系统的冲击,容易对整个控制系统产生影响。针对交流电动机启动过程中的缺点,阐述了晶闸管交流调压的原理。基于单神经元自适应PID控制算法开发了交流电动机软启动装置,阐述了系统的开发原理、结构组成以及硬件和软件的实现过程。采用该种方法,较好的实现了交流电机软启动和软停车的目的。
Abstrat:Three-phase alternating current motor can be used as dynamical system, it is widely used in the field of auto-matic control of hydraulic system. But there are many problems when alternating current motor start to work,it impacts the drive system when it starts in the full voltage,so it is easy to affect the whole control system. In order to overcome these disadvantages, describes the principle of AC voltage of thyristor. The design of soft start device for alternating cur-rent motor based on single neuron adaptive PID control algorithm is devised, describes the the principle of development, system structure and composition of hardware ,composition of software.It can better realize the function of the soft-start and soft-stop by this way.
