摘要
针对中压配电系统中电能表误差管理困难的现状,提出一种利用改进的配电网分界开关实现电能表远程监测的方法。配电网分界开关主要用于隔离用户内部故障,本文在对其结构进行分析的基础上,提出了提高分界开关中互感器准确度和增加计量芯片的改进方案。改进后的分界开关不仅具备原有的保护功能,还可以在用户线路和配电线路的T接点处实现电能计量。通过在监控平台将分界开关处的计量结果与用户法定计量装置的结果进行比对,可以对法定计量装置的计量准确性进行实时监测,有效防止由于错接线或窃电造成的损失。
In order to overcome the difficulty of meter error management in medium voltage distribution systems, this paper proposes a remote meter monitoring system based on improved demarcation switch. Distribution system demarca-tion switch is mainly used for isolating users’internal faults. The structure of demarcation switch is analyzed and an im-provement program of transformer accuracy promotion and metering chip addition is presented in this paper. The im-proved demarcation switch not only has the original protection function, but also can measure energy at the T junction of user lines and distribution lines. Real-time monitoring for the accuracy of legal measuring devices can be achieved in the monitoring platform by comparison of legal measuring results and demarcation switch measuring results. As a result, this method can effectively prevent the loss due to wrong wiring or electricity larceny.
